PETER MICHAEL MARINO (CREATOR)

Pete is an award-winning solo show teacher, writer, director, producer, and performer. He is one of the pioneers of live online virtual shows with his long-running, critically acclaimed Desperately Seeking the Exit and Show Up, Kids!. “Planet of the Grapes” received the 2021 Infallibles Award for Creativity. Pete is the 2020 recipient of The Young-Howze Theatre Journal’s “Creative of the Year” award. Nominee “Best Zoom Show Performed in Real Time” (BroadwayWorld 2020 Cabaret Awards). Pete is the script consultant and clown/host of MoonRise Circus. He is a character and content contributor to the metaverse, Metropolis World. In 2022, he created a series of edutainment videos for The Kennedy Center. Previously, Pete played bad guy Joules Volter in the immersive, award-winning Off-Broadway hit Pip’s Island.

His long-running solo comedy Desperately Seeking the Exit chronicled the unmaking of his West End musical Desperately Seeking Susan; receiving 5-star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe and Adelaide Fringe, and a London transfer. His 2015 solo chat show spoof, Late with Lance! played NYC, London, Buffalo, Orlando, Hollywood and the Edinburgh Fringe. Peter also appeared off-Broadway for five years in the percussion sensation STOMP.

He is the creator of SOLOCOM, which has launched over 600 world-premiere, international solo comedies at The People’s Improv Theater. Pete’s production company PM2 Entertainment has presented the EdFringe debut of Jason Kravits' Off the Top, the NYC debut of Joe's NYC Bar, David Mills: Shame! at Pangea, LA comedy duo Moby Alpha, and the acclaimed solo show hit David Carl's Celebrity One-Man Hamlet in NYC, Edinburgh and Chicago. website

MICHOLE BIANCOSINO (DIRECTOR)

MIchole is the Co-Founding Artistic Director of Project Y Theatre Company, where she has developed and directed new work in Washington, D.C., New York City and internationally over the past 22 years. With Project Y, she has led various professional productions, as producer, director, and writer. Credits included the long-running shows, Trump Lear (co-created and directed) and the award-winning, Gary Busey’s One Man Hamlet as performed by David Carl (co-created and directed), both of which toured regionally and performed at Edinburgh Fringe, as co-productions with Richard Jordan Productions (UK), The Pleasance, and Underbelly. She directs solo artist Peter Michael Marino’s long-running solo shows, Show Up Kids! now running in NYC in Spanish- and Japanese-language versions, as well as the breakout hit Planet of the Grapes Live! She is the founder of NYC's Women in Theatre Festival (www.witfestival.projectytheatre.org), now in it's 6th season. MICHAEL HARREN (MUSIC)

Brooklyn-based composer and performer Michael Harren combines elements of classical composition with experimental electronics and storytelling to create hypnotic and boldly intimate work that walks the line between Laurie Anderson, Peter Gabriel and Dead Can Dance. He is artist-in-residence at Tamerlaine Farm Animal Sanctuary where he created the solo multi-media theater pieceThe Animal Show, which premiered in New York City in 2016 and continues to be performed in venues throughout the United States.

In his first solo show, Tentative Armor, he combined piano, synthesizers, various electronics, and live musicians with his unique storytelling, resulting in a deeply moving, highly entertaining performance. Through his resonant, powerful, very personal stories, Harren envelops the audience in a funny, poignant, highly intimate tour of his own self-discovery through spirituality, sexuality, and grief. Music, text and photos from the show were released in an album and book of the same name.

Michael Harren has toured as pianist with Sandra Bernhard, is the musical director for Cabaret for a Cause, and has performed at Dixon Place, (le) poisson rouge, Joe’s Pub, Judson Memorial Church, Manhattan Theater Source, The Duplex, Don’t Tell Mama, The Laurie Beechman Theater as well as numerous venues around the country. MIKE CHIODO (PHOTOS)

Mike Chiodo is a photographer living in NYC. Originally from Buffalo, NY, he intended on becoming a geneticist until realizing his heart was in the arts. After 15 years as a graphic designer/production artist, Mike returned to his true passion, photography. Mostly self-taught, Mike’s photographic interest lies somewhere between documentary and fine art. He currently focuses on photographing portraits, construction and skyscapes, as well as his “pet project,” a fine art series entitled FloraMUS (“flower/mouse”). His photos have been featured by The Stuttering Association for the Young, BroadwayCares, New York Historical Society Museum and numerous musician projects and publications.
